BlackMagicCurse.com is for entertainment purposes only.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, and not to submit names or photos of minors. We may refuse, remove or refund any order at our discretion.

What you submit

You confirm you have the right to share any photo you upload. Photos are used only to generate your curse and are deleted immediately afterward. The name you enter may appear on the public Wall of the Cursed as a first name and last initial with the curse's title, unless you opt out. Anyone may ask us to remove a Wall entry.

Payment and refunds

Each curse is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. A curse is delivered the moment it is cast, so all sales are final and curses are not refundable. If a curse can't be generated after payment, the payment is refunded automatically.

Limits

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the curse in question.
